Back to School Anxiety

For those whom returning to school ignites their butterflies and resistance behaviours, there are things we can do to help support them in recognising and being okay with that anxiety or apprehension, finding their brave and having the opportunity to experience how strong and resilient they can be.

As parents, we can be facilitators of this and the attached link to an article by Karen Young (author of ‘Hey Warrior’ who visited our school last year) is an excellent account of how it can play out and what we can do.
